What to expect.
This is a direct care opportunity to assist clients in obtaining and maintaining eligibility for entitlement programs.
Additional responsibilities will include:
Explaining entitlement programs and cost of care expectations to clients. Assisting clients in applying for benefits they are eligible for upon enrollment and reviews their eligibility annually. Preparing cost of care and rental amount reports and ensuring that all payments are submitted in a timely fashion.What you’ll get from us.
