Summary: 
We are seeking an Entry-Level Lean Facilitator to join our team and support continuous process improvement using lean methodology and tools.  

Key Responsibilities: 

Assist in the development of lean initiatives at various locations.  Support planning and execution of lean events with cross-functional teams, including report-out and follow-up.  Help document lean initiative results and assist process owners in developing standard work processes.  Participate in process mapping, value stream mapping, and identifying inefficiencies in productivity.  Assist in conducting periodic lean health checks and audits.  Help develop training materials and deliver education on lean methodologies, continuous improvement topics, and quality tools.  Promote teamwork and enhance relationships among group members.  Encourage innovative thinking to improve processes, service, efficiency, inventory, cost, and space.  Foster a lean culture throughout the company. 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in a technical, scientific, or business-related field.  Some experience or coursework related to lean events and methodologies is preferred.  Knowledge of lean business practices, change management principles, and administrative practices.  Strong skills in planning, organizing, and supporting programs and projects.  Ability to develop effective work teams and motivate individuals.  Proficiency in computer applications and systems related to work.  Excellent oral presentation skills and ability to interact with diverse individuals.  Strong written communication skills
