Entry Level Admin Assistant
Job Title: Group Admin AssistantJob Description We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Business Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with a VP, a Partner, and the Admin team to provide seamless support. You will also partner with the business administration community on various organization-related events. This position requires excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a global and cross-organizational team. Responsibilities + Manage and maintain complex calendar to ensure accurate scheduling and time management for VP. + Prepare expense reports in a compliant and timely manner. + Coordinate domestic and international travel, including on-the-ground logistics. + Align Rhythm of the Business processes and operations with Leaders' calendar and ensure tight coordination of commitments. + Plan events and offsites, including logistics like venue selection, meeting details, and material preparation. + Build an understanding of what is critical to the business to make appropriate decisions impacting the Leaders' time. + Perform additional daily administrative tasks as required. Essential Skills + Minimum of 1 year experience providing executive level administrative support in a fast-paced capacity. + Excellent organizational, analytical, anticipatory, and written communication skills. + Ability to make independent decisions and juggle multiple projects simultaneously. + Solid project-management and problem-solving skills. + High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive material. + Ability to work effectively under pressure with short time constraints and in ambiguous situations. + Collaborative work style and ability to build effective working relationships across varying levels. + Proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote. + Experience with internal tools such as Employee Central, MyExpense, MS Travel, MyOrder a plus. Additional Skills & Qualifications + BS/BA degree preferred. + May require ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Work Environment The position is hybrid, requiring 4 days onsite in a large and fast-paced corporate office in Redmond, WA. The typical work schedule is Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week. The role involves working with a customer experience team, providing traditional admin business support, and contributing to various key projects. The work environment is dynamic, collaborative, and supportive, with opportunities for professional growth and development. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $31.00/hr.
