Job Description Qualifications:

The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Production Engineering Team is seeking Product Review Engineers to join our mission-driven professionals in Berkeley, MO.  As a successful candidate, you will engage in hands-on work, leveraging a broad knowledge of Boeing design and engineering principles to assess products and processes. Your efforts will focus on driving innovative solutions to difficult problems, ensuring we deliver exceptional quality and achieve ultimate customer satisfaction.

Position Responsibilities:

Researches and builds knowledge of Boeing and engineering design principles in order to develop solutions to product/process issues for production or simple technical in-service issues.Assists with analyses, root cause analysis and drafting dispositions for design non-conformances.Assists system owner in preparation of technical communications.Identifies analyses fleet data, collects and evaluates data on customer findings for product/process improvement opportunities that may include recurrent product support issues.Supports activities to identify deviations that could impact design intent and safety.Participates in Material Review Boards and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).Assists with the design of interim structural repairs to restore damaged structure to original design strength capability.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.2+ years of work related experience with a Bachelor’s Degree for a Level 2

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience in a manufacturing or manufacturing support environmentPrior experience in a production-related discipline such as Manufacturing, Quality, Production Engineering, Supplier Management, and/or Supplier QualityHave good communication and cross-group collaboration skillsHands on problem solving skills in machine manufacturing, repair, construction, robotics or similar activity.

Typical Education/Experience:

Level 1: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Level 2: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Summary pay range:

Level 1: $63,750- $86,250

Level 2: $73,950 – $100,050
