Job Description
As an Associate Tech, you will be responsible for setting up machines daily, tracking machine output and equipment downtime, and compiling daily reports for supervisors. You will make minor machine adjustments, troubleshoot, and ensure compliance with safety protocols, including wearing latex gloves and clean room attire. This role involves lifting materials, cross-training on multiple machines, and moving materials around the manufacturing floor.

Work Environment
This position is within a manufacturing setting that is fast-paced and requires standing for 8-12 hours a day. You will engage in highly repetitive short-cycle assembly tasks. The dress code is casual, with close-toed shoes and eyewear required throughout the shift. The company provides two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch break. Performance-based opportunities for advancement to lead or controller positions are available.
