The Entry Level Capital Markets Lock Desk role would be required to cover a broad area of responsibilities within the Lock Desk Team, which includes completing lock desk functions based on requests from both internal and external clients, monitoring and completing requests from assigned work queues, and handling questions from internal and external clients.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Processing lock requests such as manual locks, re-locks, and rate changesCompleting lock related Change of Circumstance requestsMonitoring inbound Lock Desk work queues to maintain SLA on all received requestsHandling inbound phone calls from internal and external clients WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU 6 months or more of either Mortgage Client Service experience or service industry experience such as Restaurant, Call Center, Retail Customer Service, Hotel Hospitality, etc.Successful track record with Client ServiceComfortable with numbers and mathComfortable in a high production role Strong ability to remain calm and positive in stressful situationsResourceful when problem-solving and able to think outside of the box while following the process in placeAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and quickly solve any problems that ariseKnow when to escalate an issue and to the appropriate team; strong skills in judgment callsAbility to simplify and include all details to provide appropriate feedbackProficient with the entire Microsoft SuiteOpen to learning, willing to be coached, and able to be adapt quickly in an ever-changing industryYou thrive in a team environment.
