The opportunity
Our Regional Shared Service Center (RSS) is built to provide outstanding services to entire EY operations across the CESA region (29 countries), enabling them to deliver on their corporate strategy, achieve cost and performance efficiencies, help streamline regional and global functions and identify and capture growth opportunities for the future.
We are currently seeking to hire an Entry-Level Certifications Administrator.
This position is a temporary contract to replace an employee on parental leave for at least one year.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Facilitate registration of employees for the ACCA qualification.
Ensure employees’ meet the requirements for participation in the ACCA qualification.
Collect and manage necessary documentation.
Monitor and document learner progression, including tracking course enrollments, examination history, performance outcomes, and associated expenses.
Compile and deliver regular and ad hoc learning reports and statistics.
Consult employees, leadership, and administrators in EY offices regarding ACCA qualification procedures and best practices.
Process invoices, reimbursements and deductions related to the qualification.
Coordinate with qualification service providers to ensure seamless operation of the program.

Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
Advanced MS Excel and analytical skills.

Ideally, you’ll also have:
