Temp-to-Hire position$16.00 to $18.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)Machine Setup: Prepare the CNC machine for operation by loading the necessary tools, inputting the required program, and setting up the workpiece according to specifications.Operation: Monitor the CNC machine during operation to ensure it's running smoothly, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and productivity.Quality Control: Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet the required specifications and make adjustments to the machine settings or tooling as needed to correct any deviations.Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts to keep the CNC machine in optimal working condition.Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot issues that arise during operation, such as tool wear, machine malfunctions, or programming errors, to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.Entry Level CNC Machine Operator Qualifications:
CNC experience preferred but not required, pay is dependent upon experienceClean criminal background requiredAble to pass a drug screen that includes THCStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.No prior CNC experience required, training will be provided.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
