Entry-Level Contract Administrator

Our fast-paced, sales office is seeking a Entry-Level Contract Administrator at our office in Beaverton, OR.

Essential Job Duties

Invoicing customers Answering phone calls with excellent customer service General sales support including maintaining spreadsheets Coordinate with others to ensure proper billing and collection of contractual revenue Assist with miscellaneous tasks as assigned Analyze sales contracts to properly invoice customers A highly multi-task oriented position with several projects in process at all times Maintain detailed and organized files Develop and prepare regular reports on the status of contracts Track customer payments and deadlines

Qualifications

Task-oriented mindset Excel, Word, and spreadsheet proficient Professional phone etiquette and outstanding interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy Strong ability to prioritize, managing both time and tasks Advanced problem-solving skills and analytical thinking Attention to detail is a must

Preferred skills, but not required

Associates Degree preferred, but we are willing to train the right team fit
