*******Candidate must be local to Madison since they will be working onsite********* Description Client is seeking a developer with limited professional experience who can join their team and learn their systems / ways of working etc. From there, they will learn how to code in Java, Python, SQL and then work to learn Salesforce systems. They will begin by using their strong technical savvy schooling, personal experiences to quickly being to understand how data flows from system to system. From there, the incumbent will resolve issues of inconsistent data syncing or movement. Customer service will be required as any and all issues can and will likely be unique to the end user. Since their newer Salesforce product is newer to production, they need several producers to take tickets out of ServiceNow and help determine why up and down stream products aren't talking properly - then work to resolve. The incumbent will run Queries, work to align and resolve errors and ultimately use their technical savviness to help improve overall effectiveness. Over time candidates will learn Salesforce, the enterprise CRM tool. Should be comfortable with 4 days onsite per week. Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
