As an Entry-Level Lighting Designer in our St. Louis office you’ll be surrounded by opportunities to help you thrive in your career.
You’ll create construction drawings with a focus on lighting design for various buildings and transportation projects in close coordination with architectural designers or roadway engineers using Revit, Autocad and Microstation software.

* Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering
* Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
* US Citizenship is required
Ideally, you’ll also have:
* Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and/or Microstation
* Desire to get architectural license or professional engineering license
* Experience in construction plan preparation
* Experience with AGI32.
* Experience working with architects, interior designers engineers and lighting designers.
* Ability to communicate with all levels of management within Jacobs
* Experience working in electrical design is desirable with emphasis in lighting design.
