As an Entry-Level Lighting Designer in our St. Louis office you’ll be surrounded by opportunities to help you thrive in your career. You’ll create construction drawings with a focus on lighting design for various buildings and transportation projects in close coordination with architectural designers or roadway engineers using Revit, Autocad and Microstation software. Bring your creativity, ambitious spirit and extreme attention to detail, and we’ll help you grow, pursue and fulfill what drives you - so we can deliver extraordinary solutions. * Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering * Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs * US Citizenship is required Ideally, you’ll also have: * Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and/or Microstation * Desire to get architectural license or professional engineering license * Experience in construction plan preparation * Experience with AGI32. * Experience working with architects, interior designers engineers and lighting designers. * Ability to communicate with all levels of management within Jacobs * Experience working in electrical design is desirable with emphasis in lighting design.
