Responsible for machining, fabricating, assembling, and processing operations required in manufacturing and production operations. Monitors production and adjusts work assignments, supply of material, and machine operation when necessary.

Refers extensive machine repairs to a supervisor or maintenance personnel.
Assist operators in random quality samples of product to verify that the product being run meets the quality
and weight specifications.
Perform training of workers in equipment operation, processes or safety guidelines.
Works to meet or exceed efficiency productivity standards
Continually monitors production lines for waste & efficiencies
Address issues and assist production supervisors in resolving issues
