What You’ll Do:

Operate machinery with precision to maintain high-quality standards in production.

Keep the production line moving smoothly by performing quality checks and monitoring processes.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace—your attention to safety is essential.

Follow clear step-by-step operating procedures to stay on track.

Collaborate with a dedicated team to achieve production goals, making each day a win.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Ideally, 6+ months in a production or manufacturing setting—but if you’re eager to learn, we’re eager to train.

Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email for effective communication.

Experience with tools like calipers and forklifts is a plus but not required.

A strong eye for detail, positive energy, and a can-do attitude in a team setting.

Work Schedule:

Consistent 8-hour shifts with overtime available up to 12 hours—earn while you learn!

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
