We are looking for a Full Time (Mon-Fri) Entry Level Maintenance person who will take responsibility for keeping our facility tidy and functional by assuming responsibility for repairs and cleaning.

The Maintenance person will perform routine maintenance and repairs on the facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical etc., as directed in accordance with established procedures.

Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipmentRespond to emergency housekeeping calls to clean spills, empty trash, or other duties as necessaryFollow all established safety procedures and precautions when performing maintenance servicePerform other related duties and activities as required Qualifications Minimum of 18 years of ageFingerprint Clearance Card requiredPreferred experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and paintingMust be able to lift at least 50 lbsMust be able to work well with othersMust be able to read, write, and speak the English languageMust pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
