Entry-Level Manufacturing Associate (Dye Op)

Location: Pine Grove, PA
Pay Rate: $16.00 - $17.30/hr Temp to perm
Shifts Available:

3rd Shift (Friday - Sunday) – 3 days

Limited 1st Shift Openings – Grab one while they last!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Set up & operate machines based on dye orders and SOPs

Thread fabric into machines like a pro – we’ll teach you how!

Keep an eye on quality – ensure fabric is properly fed and defect-free

Make machine adjustments to keep things running smoothly

Enter production info into the WIP computer (basic typing skills = win!)

Follow safety rules and help keep the workspace clean

Work together with your crew to keep production moving!

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)

Strong attention to detail – we need sharp eyes and steady hands

Ability to work independently but still be a team player

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Basic computer skills (if you can send a text, you’re good!)

Bilingual in English & Spanish? Even better!

Physical Requirements:

On your feet 80% of the time – no boring desk work here!

Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally – get your daily workout in!

Use hands, fingers, wrists frequently to handle materials

Be ready to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and balance as needed

Pay Details: $17.30 per hour
