Job Overview + Completes engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements. + Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management and external customer. + Determines project specifications by studying product design per blueprints, customer requirements, and performance standards. + Maintains schedule by monitoring progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems. + Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data trends; recommending actions. Qualifications + Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering + Internship or co-op experience working in a manufacturing environment + Proficient with reading and interpreting blueprints, Solidworks drawings, and other engineering documentation + Detail-oriented to maintain project deadlines + Strong communication skills; collaborating internally with Quality, Engineering, and Shop floor, as well as externally with other manufacturing sites and end customers Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Cinnaminson, New Jersey.
