Job Description

We are looking for motivated entry-level engineers and/or experienced (electrical, mechanical and/or civil), the energy and utilities industry encompass several large sub-industries oriented around such things as petroleum, gas, renewable energy, coal power, nuclear power, energy trading schemes, and infrastructure. These sub-industries, in turn, contain many careers that are characteristic of them.

This person will have an interest in developing construction work packages for the electric distribution system using various software systems and construction standards. Distribution systems may be in an overhead or underground environment. Work packages will be developed using GIS & CAD tools.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid role working home along with traveling to different sites for field data collection

Work Environment

The role includes 10%-20% field inspections and 60%-80% engineering and development of design packages for construction crews, with the remaining time spent on administrative tasks, planning, or customer follow-up. Reliable transportation is required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $29.00/hr.
