Responsibilities- Maintain strong communication and customer service to homebuyers, branch personnel and divisions within the company- Manage multiple loan files- Collect and record customer information in a timely manner- Ensure accuracy and completeness of each loan file- Coordinate closing tasks- Follow-up on submitted and pending loans
