Job SummaryA Live Selling Host for retail plays a vital and creative role in driving sales through real-time,engaging online presentations and promotions. The position involves a mix of sales, marketingand customer interaction, making it ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills anda strong on-camera presence.

Key Responsibilities- Host live selling sessions on social media platforms (e.g. facebook, app, instagram and tiktok)or retail websites, showcasing products, features, and promotions.
- Engage with viewers in real-time, responding to questions, comments, and product inquiries tocreate an interactive and exciting shopping experience.
- Demonstrate products in detail, highlighting key features, benefits, and unique selling points todrive interest and sales.- Promote sales offers and limited-time deals to create urgency and encourage purchasesduring live sessions- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on product promotions, scripts, andstrategies for maximizing engagement and conversion rates.
- Track and report performance metrics (e.g. views, engagement, sales conversions) andprovide insights for improving future sessions.
- Maintain product knowledge by staying updated on the latest trends, inventory changes, and
upcoming launches and restocks to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Foster a loyal customer base by creating a positive and personal connection with theaudience, responding to direct messages, following up with interested shoppers after the live.Key Qualifications- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills- Confident, engaging, and energetic on-camera presence- Experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred- Knowledge of the products being sold or willingness to learn quickly-Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings (if able or needed), based on the liveschedules-Familiarity with social media platforms and live-streaming technology-Ability to handle real-time customer queries and technical issues during live shows
Preferred QualificationsA background in modeling, content creation, and knowledge in all major socialmedia platforms, photography, and graphic design skills are also a plus but notrequired!
