Job DescriptionKey Position Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
Support preparation of information packages to support certification and audit reportingEngage with internal platforms to upload key documents and certificatesEngaging with certification platforms to upload key documents and certificatesSupport communication of audit scheduling, execution and reportingPrepare analysis of audit results to support client program reportingUpdate and maintain client files to facilitate periodic client meetings and reportingAssist in updating and maintaining of auditor documents and profiles in both internal and external systemsData review, archiving of dataOther duties as assignedKnowledge Requirements/Basic Qualifications:
MS Office – Experience and strong skills using Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Sharepoint, Word, and advanced knowledge and experience using ExcelOrganization skills – exceptional attention to detail, excellent time management and ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyCustomer service – Provide professional interactions with our customers and service providersQualificationsHS Diploma required.Minimum 1 year of experience in operations support and/or customer management.Strong interpersonal skills that allow for moving comfortably in a business environment and to interface with all levels of customer and staffStrong Microsoft Office skills including the ability to develop solutions within these applicationsAbility to work independently and efficientlyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWorks well under pressure and handles adverse situationsProblem solving abilityAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipAdditional InformationPosition is Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with additional hours, as needed.
