Have 100% commitment to safety rules and policesTake pride in their work, be motivated, and be able to work in a fast-paced environmentHave good communicationBe willing to wear all required PPE (personal protective equipment)Have good attendance and arrive on time for scheduled shiftsWork in a team setting and accept accountability for a team’s resultsHave one or more years of manufacturing or industrial clean up experience preferred but not requiredLift 2-50 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, work in extreme temperatures, and in dusty and noisy conditions
