International R & D is a leading North American truck manufacturer with great products, a strong market position and best-in-class distribution networks.  We have an exciting new opportunity for a Prototype Vehicle Build Engineer to join our team in Elmendorf, TX.  This person will use a hands-on approach with leading prototype vehicle builds using the latest and upcoming commercial vehicle technology.

Responsibilities Manage and lead prototype vehicle builds, including those for diesel, electric and autonomousDevelop vehicle build plans and manage the execution by mechanics and techniciansWork cross-functionally across research and development, along with supporting functionsCommunicate build status across levels, either in person or virtually Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Computer Science

OR

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Computer Science and will obtain degree prior to first day of employment Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
