To successfully perform in this position, the following skills are needed: + High School Diploma or GED + Strong interest in pursuing a career in the trades industry + Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team + Demonstrated commitment to learning and a proactive approach to tasks Duties include: + Participate in rotational training across different trade disciplines (e.g., electrical, plumbing, low voltage, sheet metal) + Assist skilled tradespeople in day-to-day tasks and projects to gain practical experience.
