We are seeking a motivated and driven Entry-Level Wire Harness Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will focus on designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting wire harness systems for new product development and existing production. Responsibilities Design and maintain the routing and installation of wire harness systems.Create and update wire harness prints to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop harnesses from initial concepts through to full production.Perform troubleshooting and problem-solving for wire harness issues at manufacturing plants or supplier facilities.Proactively identify and address challenges, seeking guidance and working collaboratively to find solutions.Support new product development and continuous improvement efforts. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Computer Science

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Computer Science and will obtain degree prior to first day of employment Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
