Trinity Rail is hiring for Entry NDT Quality Inspector at our Jonesboro plant.

The NDT Quality Inspector determines if product meets all requirements and completes inspection records/reports following appropriate codes and regulations.

The Entry NDT Quality Inspector visually inspects, measures and records findings to ensure conformance to standards, codes, and regulations.

What you’ll do:

·       Inspect incoming materials, outgoing materials, or products throughout the process

·       May apply single or multiple inspection processes using various NDE methods

·       Maintain, adjust or calibrate inspection equipment

·       Completes inspection records and reports

·       Be familiar with appropriate codes, regulations, procedures and standards

·       Follows all safety rules and practices.  May be involved in safety committees or CI initiatives

Performs other duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

·       Basic knowledge of inspection tools and measuring equipment

·       Basic knowledge of operational function to be inspected

·       Ability to achieve appropriate NDE certifications within 6 months
