About the job

In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, support, and deployment of Arla’s cloud-based Data Foundation. You will work to ensure the smooth and reliable operation of our platform. Additionally, you will be constantly assessing the support processes and improving ways of working.

 

How you will make an impact

Work with development teams to ensure seamless integration of new solutions into operations. Document and share insights to empower the team and future resources. Provide feedback and suggest innovative improvements to enhance efficiency. Stay updated with industry trends and apply new knowledge to advance our platform. Implement monitoring and alerting systems to ensure minimal service interruptions. Review and provide technical feedback on code and product work to maintain quality. Build automation into DevOps pipelines for streamlined delivery. Proactively minimize service interruptions and ensure reliable cloud operations.

 

About You:

You excel at solving problems and troubleshooting issues effectively. You bring experience in handling operational tasks with skill and precision. You thrive in a self-managing team environment, collaborating seamlessly with others. You possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. You are innovative and forward-thinking, always looking for creative solutions. Adaptability and collaboration come naturally to you, and you leverage these strengths daily.

 

Additionally, you have:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Some experience in a similar role, ideally with cloud services in Microsoft Azure. Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Azure Event Hub, Azure Data Lake, Databricks/Spark, and related services is a plus. Proficiency in Python, ARM, and SQL, which would be highly advantageous. Experience with ServiceNow, which is also beneficial.

 

Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
