Environmental Services is front line infection prevention responsible for performing services in accordance with established organizational policies and procedures for providing a safe environment, achieved by demonstrating the principles of cleaning, disinfection and quality assurance toward the reduction of harmful pathogens for the benefit of patients, visitors, and staff. This position will be trained to independently and competently perform general cleans, and dismissal cleans. What’s Required: Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to speak, read, and write in English
Must be able to push, pull, lift, and otherwise manipulate 50 pounds
Able to engage in physical activity much of the day
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Housekeeping and/or hospital experience
