About the Role
Babcock Australasia is seeking an Environment and Sustainability Advisor to join our team in a full‑time role based at our regional head office in Adelaide CBD. Reporting into our Head of Environmental, Social and Governance, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact in shaping our sustainability journey.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our environmental compliance requirements while driving our commitment to sustainability.
You will provide specialist guidance and advice to delivery units, programs, and projects, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations while helping us embed sustainable practices into our operations. This includes supporting corporate compliance through data collection and reporting of non-financial data under AASB / ASRS frameworks and IFRS / CSRD frameworks to support Babcock in our local and international reporting obligations.
In addition to this, you will bring experience in leading initiatives that strengthen our environmental management systems to ISO14001 standards and that drive sustainability performance forward. You will also be involved in audits, investigations, and reporting, while contributing to the rollout of group‑wide sustainability commitments.
