 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\:Guarantee to the plant manager compliance to regulations in the field of Environmental, Health & SafetyPut in place & pilot contingency plan in case of emergency situationDeploy & pilot the occupational risk assessment & site impact assessment (Routine and non-routine activities, whether internal and external activities like intervention at customer sites) ; Ensure the efficiency of the safety walk process at plant management levelDefine, implement and follow up energy reduction, waste/water reduction (including circular economy) actions according to SE guidelinesPut in place & maintain management system in health & safety & environment & Energy (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ILO-OSH, …)Propose targets, action plan & resources according to SE guidelines. Ensure follow upNatural correspondent with employee council, local & national health care, environment authorities and other stakeholders Deploy EHS methodologies, best practices & improve EHS skills of employees (including new comers)Ensure KPI & communication accuracy to the plant manager and outside the plant (report in Globes and Resource Advisor, …)Ensure the respect of health and safety rules for all external plant visitors, contractors and customers during FATBe responsible for people management including \: goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, well being.Is the owner of the SPS Cards 5B & 5C for the plant as well as EHS assessment
