Job Description

Your Responsibilities

1. You will provide administrative and coordination support to develop EHS management system and procedures.

2. You will support area management, in the conduct and maintenance of EHS hazard identification & risk assessment and work with the area management to put in place the required controls.

3. You will provide administrative coordination and support EHS inspections, EHS audits, hygiene and environmental monitoring, incident investigation, meetings, tracking on closure of EHS action plans and EHS promotion activities.

4. You will support in maintaining an emergency preparedness and fire protection readiness.

5. You will coordinate, facilitate the site's EHS training program and plan, where required help conduct EHS trainings.

6. You will compile of EHS data, support internal and external EHS reporting, documentation and record, following established procedures.

7. You will develop the Rosh management system

8. You will coordinate equipment/ facility maintenance, equipment metrology.

This is a onsite position, that will report to the Plant Manager, Harbin.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE

(Education, qualifications and experience requirements an employee must have)

1. Minimum 4 year bachelor's degree in EHS, Engineering or Science.

2. Be familiar with Chinese EHS laws & safety related regulations.

3. Minimum 4 years EHS/ RoHS and 3 years equipment maintenance working experience

4. The ability to work with all levels within the company and the organizations outside.

5. English Language skills both oral and written.
