Responsibilities and Tasks

Ensure Micron's safety programs and procedures are effective, efficient, and conform to the Management System and regulatory requirementsDevelop and implements functional, cost-effective solutions for safety issuesCoordinates, manages, and conducts safety walks, inspections, and audits to ensure operations comply with Micron safety procedure and regulatory requirementsResponds to emergencies and investigates incidents and recommends preventive/corrective actionCollect, analyze, and communicate safety related metrics and performance measurements.Support ISO System by participating in internal audits to continuously improve our safety program and procedures.Identify, develop, and provide safety training in accordance with company goals and objectives,

Education & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or related filed e.g. Engineering        Safety and Heatlh Certifications is preferred eg. Certified Safety Professional, ISO auditor training and certificationExperience with ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management SystemAbility to read and develop understanding and interpretation of safety regulationsStrong interpersonal communication and collaboration
