Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Specialist

As a EHS Technician you will: Assist in ensuring company compliance with local, state, and federal environmental, health, and safety regulations. Help prepare and submit required documentation and reports to regulatory agencies. Support the conduct of regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards. Assist in developing and implementing risk management strategies. Participate in safety audits and inspections. Assist in developing and delivering training programs on EHS topics for employees. Assist in investigating workplace accidents and incidents to determine root causes. Help recommend and implement corrective actions to prevent future incidents. Maintain records of all incidents and ensure timely reporting to insurance carriers. Manage OSHA 300 and 300A logs, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Prepare annual summary reports as required by OSHA regulations.
This is a Full-Time 1st Shift Opportunity.
Pay Rate: $25-30/hr
The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field. This is a Must Minimum of 2 years of experience in an EHS role preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory. Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions. Must be proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
