We’re just built to be better. We are a great company. We are seeking an **Environmental Consultant, Client Services Manager** to join our team! Come join us! **Jesponsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Expand air quality and field services primarily in Midstream and Upstream business sectors with secondary consideration to Refining, Chemical and Petrochemical markets. + The CSM also identifies opportunities to grow business, via either an expansion of services being provided to key clients, the incorporation of new clients, or both. The CSM manages delivery of revenue, cost management and client satisfaction metrics. + As a function of a Midstream/Upstream focus, CSM will be expected to support selling NSR permitting, environmental compliance, and IM&S field services. Industrial hygiene and other Atlas services relevant to targeted industry sectors can also be considered. + Recognize revenue generation goals and potential utilization expectations. Typical expectations for junior level/starting CSM revenue will be $275K within the first rolling 12 months and will adjust as success dictates. As a function of the delivery models, utilization will be generated from CSM’s own project executions as well as billable opportunities on other projects, but expectations on utilization is expected to hover around 50%. + Revenue expectations for year-two will be $460K within the first rolling 24 months. Expectations on utilization is expected to continue around 50%. + Recognizing that field service (IM&S) opportunities tend to follow a facility’s existing contract timelines, expectations in this regard will initially start with new bidding opportunities as opposed to actual contract wins. During the first 12 months, expectations would be to have bid opportunities from two (2) new locations, whether new client or existing. + Will collaborate/strategize with ACQ and additional HUB subgroups on seeking opportunities from known relationships as well as recognizing areas for potential growth. + Learn and understand company Delivery Model and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to include planning, directing, and overseeing the successful delivery of work scope, schedule, budgets, and meeting client expectations. + Control invoicing, collection and project budgets; and + Administer guidance and continuous improvement to technical staff. + Client Service Managers are grouped within the HUB aspect of the HUB/ATO model with a primary emphasis on revenue generation. **Minimum Requirements:** + S.
