Environmental Coordinator
Job Description Coordinate, supervise and direct all site environmental construction activities. Responsible for documentation and reporting of all Environmental activities on a project.  Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)  Reviews engineering drawings with the Environmental Manager and Director to identify all required BMPs and ensure that the project can be built in a safe and reliable manner  Responsible for coordination with the construction team prior and during project to ensure proper installation and maintenance of all BMPs  Perform the required SWPPP inspections as required in the construction permit to identify required deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.  Communicates with the construction team the identified deficiencies and tracks the corrective actions until the closure to ensure compliance with the construction permit requirements and areas requiring maintenance or additional stabilization BMPs  Reporting of corrective actions and status  Assists with closure of the construction permit and the Notice of Termination (NOT)  Spill Prevention Controls and Countermeasures (SPCC)  Assists with development of the SPCC plan  Obtains permits when necessary  Ensures that all SPCC requirements are implemented on the project site.  Performs inspections as required.  Manages clean-up and remediation of any spills on the project site.  Construction Waste Management Program (CWMP)  Develops the project waste program with an emphasis on diverting materials from traditional landfills  Identify the surrounding recycling infrastructure and implement the site recycling plan  Manage and track disposal quantities We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements An advanced knowledge of Environmental Concepts and Regulations. o 5+ total years of experience within the industry.  Proven history of working on Large-Scale Construction projects in the field.  Clear and precise communication skills to convey Environmental Regulation Requirements on Rosendin Projects.  Professional approach and experience in communicating with Federal, State, County and Jurisdictional Authorities.  Strong ability with problem solving in the field and communicating corrective actions.  Ability to comprehend Civil and Erosion IFC sets for proper installation, inspection and reporting.  High organizational skills for document control, reporting deadlines, scheduling impacts, etc.  Software proficiency: MS suite, Bluebeam, AutoDesk null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
