We're one global team driven by our common purpose to deliver a better world. Join us. **Job Description** AECOM is seeking an Environmental Documentation Analyst to be based in New York, NY. Key Responsibilities: + Prepare and complete affidavits or similar documentation as required under internal and regulatory guidelines. + Review environmental reports and related documentation to extract relevant information and ensure compliance with internal standards. + Retrieve, organize, and structure documentation within SharePoint and other document management systems, ensuring completeness and readiness for submission. + ·Support quality control of documentation prior to submission, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards. + Submit completed and approved files to the appropriate external agency for exemption processing in accordance with required procedures. + Maintain clear records of submissions, timelines, and outcomes to ensure accountability and compliance. + Collaborate with internal staff and third-party vendors to resolve document discrepancies or fill in missing information. + Communicate effectively with internal staff and external partners to clarify submission requirements, address missing materials, or resolve discrepancies. + Monitor and track document status and workflows as submitted to HPD , maintaining updated tracking logs using Excel and SharePoint. + Perform accurate and consistent data entry within the asset management systems. + Prepare summary reports and presentations on exemption statuses, timelines, or outstanding items, as requested by management or project leads, using Excel for data analysis and reporting. **Qualifications** Minimum Requirements: + BA/BS plus 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. Preferred Requirements: + Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Environmental Science, Urban Planning, Public Administration, or a related field. + Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel for tracking, reporting, and data management. + Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or similar document management platforms for file organization and workflow management. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment. + Prior experience in document processing, administrative support, or working with technical documentation (such as environmental reports) is preferred but not required. **Additional Information** + Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position. + Relocation is not available for this position. Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
