Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Environmental Engineer to support the overall design and development of various remediation projects in Northeast Florida. The ideal candidate will have general experience in remediation systems and demonstrate a willingness to learn. This key role involves handling various aspects related to quality control and field activities.

ResponsibilitiesSupport the design and development of remediation projects.Participate in quality control and field activities.Assist in the design, construction, and operation of remediation systems.Collaborate with teams to support incoming work as the company expands its market share.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in Engineering.Engineering in Training (EIT) certification.0-3 years of experience in environmental remediation and consulting.Experience with the design, construction, and operation of remediation systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Basic computer and MS Office skills.Valid U.S. driver’s license.Additional Skills & QualificationsWillingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.Work Environment

The work environment includes an office setting with occasional field work for reviewing and visiting sites for proposals and assessments. The role may require visits to various project sites as part of the job responsibilities.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Jacksonville, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.85/hr.
