Kforce has a client in Camden, NJ that is seeking an Environmental Engineer. Responsibilities: * Develop requirements for the environmental, regulatory, and performance criteria necessary for design of plant systems and structures at the project site * Support the defense of requirements and associated bases with regulatory and permitting agencies for the project site. * Develop, track, assign, and complete project action items addressing technical, commercial, and logistical areas * Work closely with staff planning construction activities to ensure environmental requirements are understood and accounted for * Review, comments, and manage subcontractor development schedules, procedures, and engineering products, including coordinating with other team resources and cross-team needs to achieve objectives. * Prepare internal work authorizations (scope, resource estimate and schedule) * Prepare and deliver technical presentations to internal and external organizations * Frequent engagement with world-wide subcontractors is expected * Support development and knowledge exchange within a cross-functional engineering team, comprised of across traditional engineering fields
