We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) leader to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety and environmental programs across our Washington and Oregon facilities. This role is essential in fostering a proactive safety culture and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure full compliance with OSHA (federal and state-specific), EPA, and local environmental regulations Manage the workers' compensation programs in the US and Canada. Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and safety programs. Investigate workplace incidents, near-misses, and injuries, determining root causes and implementing corrective action plans. Prepare regulatory compliance reports for internal leadership and government agencies. Track and analyze safety performance metrics (e.g., TRIR, DART, near-miss reports) to drive continuous improvement. Manage environmental compliance related to air quality, hazardous waste, stormwater management, and other key areas. Develop and lead tailored safety programs for internal and field personnel, ensuring adherence to all regulations and company policies. Oversee PPE administration, employee PPE voucher administration, 6S program, internal compliance training, and EHS compliance platforms. Other duties as assignedWhat We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field. 5+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of Washington DOSH, Oregon OR-OSHA, and federal OSHA regulations. Experience managing safety training programs like STOP and acting on the collected data. Expertise in LOTO, machine safeguarding, hazardous materials management, and respiratory protection programs. Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills to engage teams across multiple locations. Preferred certifications: CSP (Certified Safety Professional), CHMM (Certified Hazardous Materials Manager), or CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist). Must be willing to travel.
