About You:
The EHS Manager's primary role is to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive health and safety programs, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and fostering a strong safety culture within JSX. As a successful candidate, you will possess a high level of expertise in EHS regulations, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to risk management. You must also be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, conduct training, and drive continuous improvement in safety performance.

5 years of related experience working for a medium to large employer in a position responsible for Risk Management, Environmental Health, and Safety (essential requirement).Experience preparing a variety of software, spreadsheets, presentations, reports, and other documents (essential requirement).Experience preparing agendas, SOPs, SSOPs, and meeting minutes (essential requirement).Extensive knowledge of common workplace safety regulations, particularly as they relate to the aviation industry (essential requirement).Expertise in OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations and experience implementing robust EHS systems (essential requirement).Valid Driver's License (essential requirement).
Preferred Qualifications:
Safety certifications such as ASP, CSP, CIH, and CHMM are highly desirable.Strong analytical skills for interpretation of data to effectively manage risk.Resilient self-starter who can act independently and learn quickly within a rapidly evolving environment.Perks:
