Job Title: Environmental Monitoring TechnicianJob Description A Global Pharmaceutical company is seeking Environmental Monitoring Technicians for their Quality Control team. This individual will be responsible for collecting water, gas, and environmental samples from within the Aseptic Manufacturing areas for quality testing to ensure compliance with cGMP standards. This position offers a great opportunity for someone to break into the pharmaceuticals industry with minimal experience. Responsibilities + Collect water, gas, and environmental samples within the Aseptic Manufacturing areas. + Ensure samples meet cGMP standards. + Perform quality testing on collected samples. + Utilize aseptic techniques during sample collection. + Work within a team to meet production and quality goals. Essential Skills + Understanding of cGMP standards through previous experience or Bioworks certification. + Experience with aseptic techniques, either through coursework or practical experience. + Previous production experience, particularly in filling, formulation, and environmental monitoring. + Microbiology knowledge. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Exposure to aseptic techniques through Bioworks courses or previous experience. + Experience working in a clean room environment. + Aseptic gowning experience. + Ability to work long hours on your feet. Work Environment The position is in a manufacturing environment where employees will work gowned up in a clean room. The schedule follows a 2-2-3 pattern on the day shift from 6 AM to 6:30 PM. Each team consists of 3-4 people with a team lead, and the dress code includes provided scrubs and safety boots.
