Job Description
Our client, a Global Pharmaceutical company, is seeking Environmental Monitoring Technicians for their Quality Control team. This individual will be responsible for collecting water, gas, and environmental samples from within the Aseptic Manufacturing areas for quality testing to ensure compliance with cGMP standards.
ResponsibilitiesCollect water, gas, and environmental samples within Aseptic Manufacturing areas.Ensure all samples meet cGMP standards.Work within a clean room environment while adhering to aseptic gowning protocols.Collaborate with team members and report to the team lead.Essential SkillsUnderstanding of GMP through previous experience or Bioworks certification.Experience with aseptic techniques through coursework, previous experience, or an associate's degree.Microbiology knowledge.Previous production experience, particularly in roles involving long hours on feet.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with filling, formulation, and previous Environmental Monitoring (EM).Quality control experience.Work Environment
The role is based in a manufacturing environment where employees work gowned up in a clean room. The schedule follows a 2-2-3 pattern, with night shifts from 6 PM to 6:30 AM. Each team consists of 3-4 people, including a work cell leader. Employees are provided with scrubs and safety boots.
