Environmental Project Manager

Environmental Scientist/Project Manager for hire!

Job Description:

We are seeking a Mid-Level Environmental Scientist/Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental consulting, with specific expertise in Underground Storage Tanks (USTs). Additionally, the candidate should be versatile and able to transition quickly to asbestos and lead projects as needed. The ideal candidate must be willing to travel to project sites in Philadelphia, PA as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute environmental projects, including site assessments, investigations, and remediation activities.Conduct fieldwork, data collection, and analysis related to USTs, asbestos, and lead.Prepare technical reports, proposals, and project documentation.Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and subcontractors to ensure project compliance and successful completion.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in environmental consulting, with a focus on USTs.Knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations.Experience with asbestos and lead projects is highly desirable.Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and client communication.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to travel to project sites in Philadelphia, PA as needed.

The pay range for this position is $53.00 - $53.00
