Job Description

Environmental tasks:

Evaluate the environmental regulations and requirements for the implementation of process and facilities and advise how they can be complied withFollow up on legal regulations and evaluate their possible impact on the plantReporting ESH compliance reports that related to Thai lawCoordinate with waste operator to ensure the documentation necessary for the processes according to legal mandates.Coordinate with wastewater operator to ensure quality of discharged wastewater are in standard and submit report to government as requiredResponsible for Stack Monitoring & Measurement to meeting the Thai regulationEnsure training and competence of employees for environmental protection management systems and the related processes. Develop, communicate and implement tools for awareness creation of all employees.  Maintain program to encourage or improve issue related to ESHGenerate emergency preparedness plans for potential environmental incidentsParticipate in cross-site audits are requested by management

Safety:

Ensure implementation of measures and maintain controlsRaise awareness and provide information about ESH responsibilities and dutiesEnsure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazardsDemonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others

Management Systems:

Monitor and Maintain ESH management systems according to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and internal standardsMonitor and Maintain plant OH&S specific KPIs to measure performance
 

QualificationsBachelor 's degree in Environmental engineering, Environment science or related fieldWastewater Controller and Hazardous Materials Specialist Certification (Bor Chor)Safety professional level certification or comparable is preferred2 years’ experience in Environmental management or Pollution management 2 years of experience with administrative tasksAccurate communication, presentation skill, good personality and strong interpersonal skillsAble to work with others in a positive and collaborative mannerCommunicating effectively and working under time pressureFluent English and Thai Language knowledgeExperienced in ISO14001Experienced in ISO45001
