Compensation: $38/hourLocation: Midland, TXWork Schedule: 14/14Assignment Duration: Long termBenefits: Comprehensive insurance with 401K, PTO and Holidays Responsibilities Inspect, basic maintenance and testing of multimedia (air, water and solid) portable environmental monitoring equipment used in an oil complex including stack monitoring equipment, PID, FID analyzers, etc., maintaining inventory of spares for these equipment, record keeping of all related items managed by the environmental teamProvide environmental and regulatory compliance technical supportAssist Environment Team and Business Unit support Teams in their activities for routine environmental monitoring, environmental data collection, and Project management oversightAny other environment related activities assigned by the Environment Manager and/or Execution SupervisorSupport and assist in emergency response releasesProvide field level oversight of Soil, Water, and Waste ProjectsCoordinate field execution logistics with stakeholdersValidate spend and assist with project budgetsLiase with 3rd Party environmental contractors and EMInteract with Regulatory field agents and landowners QualificationsPrevious experience in a closely related position
Applicants must possess a University degree in Natural or Environmental Sciences, Natural Resource Management, Social Sciences (e.g., anthropology, sociology), Engineering or some other technical field related to E&R management regarding environmental and/or socioeconomic and/or health matters
Candidates should have relevant experience regarding the environmental and/or socioeconomic and/or health field(s) preferably related to a construction or extractive industry project
Knowledge of US regulations desirableExcellent English speaking and writing skills required
Candidates should have good interpersonal skills, and proven ability to work in a positive team manner
