Environmental & Safety Coordinator

You will work onsite in the Marshall, MO plant reporting to the EHS Manager. You will work with the Environment, Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S) Leadership Team in promoting a culture that integrates EHS&S with daily operations. You will also provide project management support for Environment, Health, Safety & Security learning and development programs. You will help us take projects from original concept through final implementation and will partner with all areas affected by the project including Supply Chain, RQ&I, Engineering, HR, Operations, and other teams. You will also develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports.

Position Responsibilities

You will work with team members and subject matter experts in the development of programsYou will manage primary team resources and coordinate project planning and execution to ensure project implementationHelp us develop and implement standard safety programs across the manufacturing locationCoordinate EHS&S assessment program to include scheduling of assessments, distribution of reports and tracking of assessment findings to completionLead and maintain Floor Safety Champion Program, to include annual severe weather and fire evacuation training for all corporate locationsYou will help us develop and implement safety training content for the location through the Learning Management SystemYou will develop and publish periodic reports detailing performance across the siteYou will coordinate all logistics for contractors access to the plant and ensure compliance to all safety and environmental regulations.You will be responsible for other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications

College degree in EHS, Business, or related field is required2 to 4 years of experience leading projects along with managing applicationsOSHA 30 Certification
