Come join us! **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** Managing Underground Storage Tank program projects from start to closure, including associated project budgets, timelines, client and regulatory meetings mentoring Junior staff. **Minimum Requirements:** + B.S. degree in geology, civil/environmental engineering, environmental science or related field. + Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) credential. TN Credentials preferred but if not current, must be able to obtain within 6 months. + Must locate to either Nashville or Memphis + Proficiency with Microsoft Office® and Teams. + Excellent task management, written and verbal skills are a must **Technical Requirements:** + Must have UST petroleum experience (minimum 5 years) in any State, TN experience a plus + Must have worked in a State reimbursement program (most of the states have a program) + Must be able to manage staff and manage multiple ongoing projects + Must be able to track budgets and deadlines + Experience with implementing and overseeing soil, groundwater and air sampling + Excellent leadership and client management skills + Effective technical writing, strong oral communication, presentation and time management skills. + Exhibits attention to detail, and able to work under periodic time constraints. + Demonstrated knowledge of Federal, State and local environmental assessment and remediation regulations and requirements. + Ability to design field sampling programs, manage multiple subcontractors, as well as, interpret geological, hydrogeological, and chemical data from contaminated sites. **Other miscellaneous qualities:** + OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER Certification. + Willingness to travel regionally for short periods of time. + Valid Driver’s License. + Follow safe work practices and adhere to company guidelines for planning and executing work in a safe manner **ATLAS EEOC Statement** **Atlas is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
