Responsibilities Adhere to the budget set by the client and performing strong project management knowledgeAttend meetings and communicate with clients, government entities, and various regulatory agencies to fulfill any regulations and requirements relating to projectsMonitor project progress, budgets, and schedulesThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team on a variety of projectsYou will flourish on both building meaningful internal and external professional relationshipsYou will work closely and collaboratively with other industry leading professionals, various jurisdictions, and contractors Qualifications 4+ years of relevant experience, including state and federal wetland and species permitting requirementsBachelors or Masters Degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, Botany, Biology, or related fieldEcological field work experienceWetland DelineationPossess strong technical writing skills and have experience writing detailed technical reportsWorking knowledge or strong interest in ArcGISEnjoy working in both an office environment and in the fieldInterest in working with planners and designers to avoid and minimize ecological impactsWillingness and flexibility to travel for projects as neededStrong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlinesDesire to provide exceptional client serviceAbility to manage multiple prioritiesStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to enjoy work independently and on a team Why Kimley-Horn?At Kimley-Horn, we do things differently.
