THE JOB:

It is the primary responsibility of the Environmental Services Assistant Manager to oversee the EVS/PAD daily operations of the floor, employees, and daily administrative duties.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceResponsible for overseeing daily operations associated with assigned shiftConduct frequent inspections of all public areas, office, back-of-the-house, and Casino in order to maintain a high standard of cleanlinessWorking knowledge and understanding of scheduling and labor managementOrganizational skills to function effectively under time constraints, attention to detail, effective training, coaching and strong leadership qualities

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in EVS, Housekeeping, or related field.High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT:

1+ Years of Prior Relevant Supervisory experience.2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in EVS/PAD management experience in a similar five-star/five-diamond resort setting.Associate's Degree in Business, Hotel Management or related field. Able to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment; has a sense of urgency and maintains a professional persona.
