Sodexo is seeking our Environmental Services-Custodial Operations Manager 2 for our client partners at the University of Louisiana Lafayette. Our successful candidate will have experience with managing environmental services in a campus environment, during special events and high-profile events including weddings, working flexible times, with the occasional night and weekend work.Our leader will have demonstrated experience mentoring a large team including explaining goals of contract to the team and be able to execute a plan and drive results. The ability to understand service needs and accurately scale labor needs for large high-profile special events on campus.
Our Sodexo Environmental Services teams work to direct housekeeping operations for our client-partners to deliver innovative solutions. These teams also have responsibility for driving client satisfaction by providing stellar customer service via effective communication with all levels of campus staff, as well as follow-through with action items that impact both client and student satisfaction. Basic Management Experience - 2 years
