**Role Overview**
Sodexo is seeking an **Environmental Services Operations Manager 2** at ECU Health Chowan Hospital, a 25-bed critical-access hospital in Edenton, NC, and ECU Health Bertie Hospital, a 6-bed critical-access facility located in Windsor, NC. Both of these facilities are located in two of North Carolina's most historic and charming towns, within eastern NC. This role will primarily be **Day Shift, Monday-Friday.** Should be flexible to work other hours as business needs arise. This position functions as part of a team of Environmental Service Leaders across this 9-hospital organization in eastern North Carolina.
**What You'll Do**
+ be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;
+ provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;
+ effectively manages the Unit Operating System; and/or
+ support a diverse and inclusive workforce.

**What You Bring**
+ Have a proven track-record of improving Patient, Employee and Customer Satisfaction
+ Have experience with SMS (or similar QC/ labor/process management system)
+ Exhibit drive and dependability
+ Deliver superior results by directing and motivating a team of employees to complete assigned responsibilities while delivering exceptional customer service
+ Management experience in Environmental Services, Housekeeping and/or Custodial Services, excellent customer service skills along with strong floor care knowledge and computer skills desired.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years of work experience in Housekeeping, Environmental or Custodial Services
